William Collier "Bo" Pettit

William Collier "Bo" Pettit joined Boyd Commercial, LLC in August of 2005. Since joining, Bo has focused on representing property owners and user companies in leasing, land acquisitions and selling industrial properties located in the greater Houston markets. Notable clients include DCT Industrial, Trammell Crow, Cintas First Aid & Safety, Tri-Supply, Moore Supply and Merchant Choice Card Services. While with Boyd, Bo has completed over one hundred and twenty-two transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $78 million.

Bo is a native Texan and was born in Houston. Bo graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a degree in general studies with minors in business, sociology, and technical sales. While at LSU he played baseball and was part of the 2000 National Championship team. After graduating, Bo went on to play for the Minnesota Twins minor league affiliates. Bo and his wife Kelly are members of The Houston LSU Alumni Chapter and are also volunteers and supporters of The American Diabetes Association. In 2010, Kelly and Bo had their first child, Austin David. In his spare time, Bo enjoys playing golf and hunting.
