Greg Barra

Greg has been with Boyd Commercial since May 2007 focusing on tenant representation and project leasing in the North and Northwest Houston. In his first 2 years, Greg has participated in lease transactions totaling over 1,000,000 square feet in addition to multiple raw land and building sales and acquisitions. Greg has worked on marketing and leasing efforts for The Greenspoint Business Center, First Industrial, Techniplex Business Center, Maune Interests, The Detering Company, and Warland Investments. In his careet, he has also represented industrial office/warehouse users, distribution/logistics companies, manufacturing companies and office users.

Greg is a Houston native, attended high school at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory before majoring in History at the University of Texas. In his time in Austin, Greg was involved on campus as the president of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, as well as a Cannon Crew member and Strawboss of the Texas Cowboys.

Upon graduation in 2003, Greg was recruited to work for the National Headquarters of Sigma Phi Epsilon in Richmond, VA. For a total of 4 years, Greg worked as a consultant to individual chapters in the Mid-Atlantic region, Director of Recruitment for all chapters, and started over a dozen individual chapters at North Carolina State.

Greg is an active member of Second Baptist Church, an avid sports fan, competes in endurance races, and regularly embarrasses himself on the golf course. He also enjoys all kinds of music and is a member of the Houston Symphony Chorus.
