Robert L. Alinger, CCIM, LEED AP

Robert Alinger joined Boyd Commercial, LLC in 2007. Robert comes to us from Marcus & Millichap where he focused on the dispositions and acquisitions of office, industrial, and medical properties. Robert is a specialist in industrial real estate and land brokerage. He has a keen knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, and heavy industrial properties.

Robert has focuses on tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, project leasing, investment sales, site acquisition and disposition, and build-to-suit analysis. Some of his clients include National Property Holdings, Odfjell Terminals, The Salvation Army, and Tyson Foods, Inc.

Robert has achieved the designation of LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and was also awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is currently an SIOR candidate and anticipates being eligible for active SIOR membership by the end of 2017. Robert is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, and serves on the Breeders Greeters Committee and Lamb and Goat Auction Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Robert volunteers his time at the Houston Food Bank and has assists in building homes for Habitat for Humanity.

In 2015 and 2016, Robert represented National Property Holdings, a Houston based Industrial Development Firm, in the acquisition of a 9 tracts of land, totaling 260 acres in the Houston area. Robert has facilitated the development of these properties, and the resulting business parks will contain in excess of 2,600,000 SF of Class A, industrial and distribution buildings.

Robert graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management Technology. Robert is a member of the University of Houston Alumni Association and the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity Alumni Association. Robert, his wife Patrice and children, Nolan and Reese, live in the Memorial area.
