in 1988, where he has consistently been a top producer.

specialist in industrial and office real estate brokerage, Clay
has focused on selling and leasing distribution, manufacturing and
service center facilities; site acquisitions and sales; investment
property sales; build-to-suit and design/build projects; and numerous
tenant representation office assignments.
Clay’s
clients include local, regional, and national firms including ECMD,
Inc., NATCO Group, Dresser, Inc., DXP Enterprises, Cooper Cameron,
N.F. Smith & Associates, Sandvik Coromant, Earle M. Jorgensen,

Clay
is a member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office
Realtors, having earned that designation in 1992. He served as President
of the Houston/Texas Gulf Coast Chapter in 1997.
Clay
has a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin where
he graduated in 1977. He and his wife Kay live in the Memorial area
with their two children, Clayton, Jr. and Paige. He is an avid golfer
and also enjoys fishing and hunting.
