Alexander G. Reilly, CCIM, SIOR

Alexander joined Boyd Commercial in 2000 after successfully leasing a 1.5 million square foot industrial portfolio for a Houston Developer.  Since joining Boyd Commercial, he has specialized in project leasing, tenant representation, single-tenant user building sales, and investment transactions.

Alexander focuses on representing clients in leasing, acquisition and disposition of distribution, manufacturing, and office properties.  He has completed sales of NNN leased investment properties as well as multi-tenant office/industrial assets.

Alexander has also represented clients in designing and constructing new facilities on a lease and sale basis.  He represented Swiff-Train on an 80,000 square foot design/build project, and subsequent 33,000 square foot expansion, built by Clay Development.

Notable clients include DCT Industrial (NYSE:DCT), Hitachi, Swiff-Train Company, The Sherwin-Williams Company, Southwestern Packaging Corporation, Southern Fastening Systems, Wheels Express, The Clifford Companies, First Mid America Investment Corporation, Marble & Tile Collection and Baker Drywall.  In addition, Alexander represents numerous other local Houston companies in sale and lease negotiations.

Alexander is associated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR).  He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Alexander was a 2003 Finalist for the NAIOP Industrial Rising Star Award and has a B.A. from Southwestern University where he graduated in 1991.
